Local Orders (Palestine)
- Orders placed for ready-to-ship items are processed within 2 working days from order placement and are normally delivered within 1 day after being processed.
- Orders of customized items are processed within 1 week and are shipped within 1 day after being processed.
- Delivery costs within Palestine are as follows:

International Orders
- Orders placed for ready-to-ship items are processed within 2 working days after order placement and are normally delivered within 4 -12 days depending on the delivery country.
- Shipping costs vary according to the chosen delivery country and depending on the weight of the items ordered. The cost you will be charged for delivering your ordered items will be calculated at checkout.
Customs Fees
You may be charged customs or import duties once your parcel has arrived to your country. This depends on the value of your order and your chosen country of delivery. These fees must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by Billour.
