Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or return.
 
Refund and Returns are only available in the following cases:
  • Receipt of a wrong item
  • Receipt of a damaged parcel
Conditions to complete the return of a wrong item
  • The return must be handled within 25 days from the shipment date.
  • The returned item needs to be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
Conditions to complete the refund of a damaged parcel
  • Clear unedited images captured of the damage need to be sent by email within 25 days of the shipment date.

The case will be evaluated and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
